*RETURNS* All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If it was an error on our part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Everything from our shop will be shipped from Ephrata, Pennsylvania via USPS First Class shipping which includes tracking number.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States and Worldwide.
Upgrade shipping is available for Alaska, Hawaii or abroad (APO/FPO/DPO). We also offer upgrades for Domestic Priority Mail which includes Tracking Number and Insurance and Express Priority Mail which includes Tracking Number, Proof of Delivery and Insurance.

*Current TURN AROUND TIME is 1-2 business days BEFORE shipping unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Shipping is an additional 1-3 business days (sometimes longer on the holidays), Please order early to insure you get your items timely. When your order ships you will receive a email notification containing the tracking information.
*SHIPPING INSURANCE* We are responsible for your lovely purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund.
*ADRESS CHANGES* we CAN NOT make any changes to shipping addresses after the order is placed. Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping.
