We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, My Peruvian Treasures shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, My Peruvian Treasures will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. If we need to cancel your order, we will keep you fully informed and try to offer you an alternative choice, if appropriate. We will not send you substitute items without your consent.
Please note that our receipt of an order via website, email, post/mail or telephone and our confirmation of its receipt do not constitute acceptance or guarantee fulfillment of that order. While we diligently strive to fulfill all our orders as efficiently as possible, we cannot promise that the items featured in our limited edition, artisan-crafted, seasonal collections will be permanently available throughout the lifetime of that collection.
Our terms of purchase, shipment and delivery are in accordance with, or in addition to, your statutory rights, which are safeguarded and augmented when you shop with My Peruvian Treasures.
DOLLAR OFF PROMOTION POLICY
My Peruvian Treasures will occasionally offer a promotion for a specified dollar amount off purchases made (for example, $25 off purchases of $150 or more). Any such promotion is valid only on new orders placed during the time of the promotion, and is not valid in combination with any other offers or on exchange orders. For returned merchandise, the discount will be pro-rated proportionally to all items based on the original order value. “Original order value” is defined as the final, total cost of all merchandise at the time of the initial purchase.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We are pleased to offer our customers a one-time price adjustment on full-priced merchandise that has permanently been marked down within 7 days of the original order date. We are unable to offer price adjustments for subsequent markdowns. Promotional discounts that are only valid for a specific time frame do not qualify for price adjustments. Price adjustments for online orders will not be processed through any our pop up stores.
RETURN POLICY & CANCELLATIONS
We do not accept cancellations. *RETURNS* All sales are final unless the item is different than the description or faulty. If it was an error on our part returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you received the items and they MUST BE postmarked within that time frame. ALL RETURNS MUST be sent with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund. Please contact us with any problems and we will do our best to work out a solution. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

We accept all type of Debit and Credit Cards, Paypal and store gift cards. All purchases must be paid before we can ship.
SHIPPING POLICY
Everything from our shop will be shipped from Ephrata, Pennsylvania via USPS First Class shipping which includes tracking number.
We ship anywhere in the continental United States and Worldwide.
Upgrade shipping is available for Alaska, Hawaii or abroad (APO/FPO/DPO). We also offer upgrades for Domestic Priority Mail which includes Tracking Number and Insurance and Express Priority Mail which includes Tracking Number, Proof of Delivery and Insurance.
SHIPPING*
*Current TURN AROUND TIME is 1-2 business days BEFORE shipping unless otherwise stated on the item listing. Shipping is an additional 1-3 business days (sometimes longer on the holidays), Please order early to insure you get your items timely. When your order ships you will receive a email notification containing the tracking information.
*SHIPPING INSURANCE* We are responsible for your lovely purchase until it reaches the Post Office. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or mis-delivered packages. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. If you would like to insure your package. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund.
*ADRESS CHANGES* we CAN NOT make any changes to shipping addresses after the order is placed. Please make sure that your shipping address is entered correctly during check out. Shipping labels are automatically generated to the address as entered by the buyer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address you will be required to re-purchase shipping.
